Esther de Félix is a Partner at Cuatrecasas who specialises in civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration, having led proceedings before the ICC, the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Board of Barcelona and in ad hoc tribunals. She represents large companies across sectors such as distribution, automotive, energy, infrastructure, life sciences and healthcare, currently focuses on damages claims arising from competition-law breaches and on mass litigation, and is active in professional associations and in teaching on distribution and competition damages.
