Partner at Cuatrecasas advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions and business‑group restructurings, with particular expertise in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and TMT sectors. She also advises on corporate and contractual matters including licensing, distribution, production and R&D agreements, has worked in the UK and served as managing partner of Cuatrecasas New York (2014–2017), and is active in the American Bar Association and International Bar Association.
