Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Spain specialising in employment law, including collective bargaining, restructuring, business succession, outsourcing and advising on special employment relationships such as senior management and professional athletes. He advises Spanish and international companies on social security and health & safety matters, is a collaborating lecturer of employment law at ESADE Business & Law School, lectures in the Master in Human Resources and at the Barcelona Bar Association, and has authored publications and spoken at conferences on labour and social security law.
