Partner at Cuatrecasas who advises Spanish and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements, and advises listed companies on corporate law and corporate governance. He spent part of his career as a foreign associate at Paul Weiss in New York (2014–2015), lectures on capital markets, restructuring and commercial law at several universities, and coordinates/writes on Cuatrecasas’ capital markets blog.
