Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Spain who specializes in capital markets (ECM and DCM) and company M&A, advising on IPOs, takeover bids, share transactions, corporate and high‑yield bond issuances, commercial paper and private placements. She also advises listed companies on corporate governance and on establishing/monitoring regulated investment entities, has lectured on securities markets, published in specialist journals, worked in 2004 as an associate in a London office and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
