Partner at Cuatrecasas who advises venture capital funds, strategic investors and start-ups on venture capital transactions, financings and cross-border company sales and acquisitions, particularly in the technology, internet, financial services and retail sectors. She has worked on cross-border transactions with the United States, Canada and Latin America, has been based at Cuatrecasas' New York office, is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and lectures at ESADE Business & Law School and Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
