Partner at Cuatrecasas with over 30 years' experience leading Spanish and international arbitration and court proceedings, specialising in construction and engineering disputes. He has acted in ad hoc, UNCITRAL, ICC and CIADI arbitrations, represents clients in cross‑border construction and infrastructure disputes, serves as president of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club and is one of Spain's members of the ICC Court of Arbitration, and lectures at Universidad Pontificia Comillas‑ICADE.
