Partner at Cuatrecasas with extensive experience in financial transactions, particularly project finance (real estate, energy and infrastructure), acquisition financing and corporate finance, and in advising on restructurings, debt refinancing and debt-assignment/NPL transactions. He has significant experience on matters involving Spain, Latin America (notably Peru and Colombia) and North Africa, and has worked in Cuatrecasas offices in Madrid, Bogotá and Lima; he also lectures on legal practice and project financing.
