Pablo Ramírez is a Partner at Cuatrecasas who advises on pre-litigation and litigation matters in complex copyright, industrial property, unfair competition and consumer law disputes, including mass litigation and class actions, and on coordinating disputes on an international scale. He handles matters in the technology, entertainment, automotive, health, art and retail industries, is listed by WIPO as a mediator and arbitrator for IP and IT disputes, and is a member of relevant literary and artistic associations; he is also an associate lecturer of civil law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a published author and speaker.
