Partner at Cuatrecasas advising on all areas of copyright and other intellectual property, regularly representing major users (radio and television bodies, cinemas and hotel chains) in rate negotiations and handling IP transactions, contracts and litigation. Chair professor of civil law at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos since 2018 and former chair (2015–2019) of the Spanish group of ALAI; frequent speaker at WIPO, EIPA, EJTN and other forums.
