Partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in the Litigation group, specialising in mass claims and follow-on damages litigation and acting for national and international companies at all levels of the Dutch judiciary, including the Supreme Court. She heads De Brauw’s Pro Bono Practice, publishes and lectures on Dutch procedural law, and chairs the editorial board of the journal Mass Claims.
