Tes specialises in international commercial arbitration and litigation, and has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under ICC, NAI, LCIA, UNCITRAL and UNUM rules as well as in disputes before national courts. She has also had in-house experience during a secondment to Shell's global litigation department and previously worked in De Brauw's corporate tax team.
