Gaby Smeenk is a partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, co-heading the Equity Capital Markets practice and focusing on cross-border equity capital markets and M&A transactions including IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures and securities law compliance. She is a member of the firm's Life Sciences team, has served as the resident partner in Shanghai and worked in the firm's New York office, and is ranked in Legal 500, Chambers and IFLR1000.
