Joost Bindels

نبذة

Joost Bindels is a lawyer-partner and section head of the Liability & Insurance department at Dirkzwager legal & tax in the Netherlands, specialising in liability and insurance law with a focus on professional liability, technical damages, certifications, injury, non-conformity and insurance coverage. He began his career in the Air Force, competed in a French-language moot at the European Court of Human Rights, worked briefly for a municipality, served as a lawyer at the Supreme Court in liability law from 1995, and joined Dirkzwager in 2000 where he became a partner; his clients include insurers and companies in the engineering and certification sectors.
