Mark Jansen is head of the Data Protection and Cybersecurity team at Dirkzwager, advising on IT contracting and privacy law and litigating issues such as failed automations. He regularly lectures and writes on IT and privacy law and is a head lecturer of the data protection course at Grotius Academy.
