Maarten Kole is a partner who heads the Energy department at Dirkzwager legal & tax. He joined the firm in 1999 and became partner in 2011, advising on national and international energy legislation and regulation (electricity, gas and heat) and advising on energy M&A and the realisation, purchase and sale of sustainable energy projects.
