Karen Vekerk is a civil law notary and partner at Dirkzwager legal & tax who specialises in legal entities and company law, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border reorganisations, and corporate structure and governance. She has held senior leadership roles including chair of Dirkzwager’s board, board member and President of the international partnership TELFA, was a member of the Combined Committee on Company Law, was appointed to the KNB board effective 1 October 2024, and was named Notary of the Year 2020.
