Counsel in the Finance department of Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg, Sophie Bronkart’s practice concentrates on corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities law, and corporate restructuring, and she advises private equity firms and other financial institutions. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999 and previously worked for seven years in two Luxembourg law firms (including a Magic Circle firm) on corporate and cross-border M&A matters.
