Thomas Bugeja is a partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates in Malta, advising on commercial and contentious matters with a focus on cross-border commercial litigation, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and competition law. He joined the firm in 2014 and represents clients before Maltese courts, tribunals and the Office for Competition.
