Josianne Brimmer

Josianne Brimmer is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates in Malta, specialising in investment funds, financial services, asset finance and corporate/M&A, and with experience advising on privatisation, restructuring and aviation matters. She holds an LL.D. and postgraduate degrees from the University of Malta, was admitted to the Bar of Malta in January 2002, and spent seven years (including a head of legal and compliance role) as in‑house counsel to large international hedge fund managers before returning to the firm as Partner in 2014.
