Irene Fernández Puyol is a Public Law and Regulatory partner and head of the Life Sciences group at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. She specialises in administrative law and regulated sectors, particularly infrastructure and water, public procurement and health law, and has advised the Management Committee of Parque de Valdebebas and collaborated with the Legal Service of the European Commission.
