Luis García del Río is a partner in Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s Litigation and Arbitration Department with a long career as a State Attorney (entered 1993) and senior roles in both the public and private sectors. He has served as an arbitrator in national and international proceedings, acted on disputes involving energy and infrastructure assets across multiple jurisdictions, and teaches on energy and public law topics.
