Partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in the Intellectual Property and Technology department; he joined the firm in 1987, became a partner in 1995 and has been a member of the firm's Management Committee since 2004. He is active in academia and professional bodies, teaching on industrial property and unfair competition and serving on the editorial board of Comunicaciones en Propiedad Industrial y Derecho de la Competencia.
