Miguel Troncoso is a Competition and European Union Law partner and head of the Brussels office at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He specialises in competition law with a focus on merger control, state aid and vertical restraints (commercial distribution networks), and has extensive experience representing private companies and public bodies before the courts of the European Union, particularly in public procurement and matters relating to the protection of the Union's financial interests.
