Thomas de Weerd specialises in IT, data privacy, outsourcing and intellectual property, advising national and international clients on technology-related transactions and contracts; he has in-house counsel experience for technology and internet companies and serves on the boards of the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law and the Dutch Privacy Law Association, and is a member of INTA and LES.
