Herman Lohman leads Houthoff's Real Estate practice and advises international and large Dutch investors and developers on real estate transactions, financings, area and project development, and property-law structuring. He also advises on setting up development and investment structures, joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional matters, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Lawyers and the Dutch Commercial Law Association.
