Counsel at Houthoff in the Netherlands specializing in notarial company law, including restructuring (for-profit and non-profit), mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and financing, and the creation of security (notably pledges on shares). He joined Houthoff's corporate law team in Amsterdam in 1999, completed the professional training course for civil-law notaries in June 2001, and is a company law lecturer at the Legal Academy (Juridische Academie).
