Partner (Tax) at Houthoff who leads the firm's Tax practice. He specialises in tax treaties, BEPS and negotiating Advance Tax Rulings, and advises private equity clients, financial institutions and companies in the automotive, TMT and consumer products sectors on Dutch corporate and international tax aspects of cross-border investments, reorganisations and M&A, with more than 15 years' experience advising multinational (mainly Asian and US) clients.
