Julia Holden is a senior partner at Trevisan & Cuonzo, jointly qualified as an English solicitor and an Italian attorney, and has practiced with the firm since its founding in 1993. She advises Anglo and American companies and multinational corporations on all aspects of intellectual property, particularly trademark protection and enforcement, IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition and customs monitoring, with an industry focus on luxury goods.
