Partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, member of the firm’s European law and competition team and co‑coordinator of its German Desk. He advises domestic and international clients on Portuguese and EU competition law (including merger control and state aid), trade law (antidumping/antisubsidy) and foreign direct investment control, and represents clients in public and private enforcement proceedings; he joined the firm in 2015 and became partner in 2022.
