Partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados and co-head of the firm's Intellectual Property Department, Ricardo Nascimento Ferreira focuses on patent law and IP litigation and arbitration. He made partner in 2020, is a member of the ICC Intellectual Property Commission in Portugal and an IP arbitrator at ARBITRARE, and holds postgraduate studies in Industrial Property Law while attending a PhD program in Intellectual Property.
