Oliver Machholdt

Oliver Machholdt is a Partner at Kromann Reumert and co-head of the firm's life sciences practice group, specialising in transactions, contracts and regulatory matters for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, food products, cosmetics and other regulated products. He has extensive experience with M&A and drafting and negotiating life-science contracts (including material transfers, clinical trials, R&D, licensing, manufacturing, distribution and supply) and advises on regulatory matters such as authorisations, clinical trials, market access and marketing compliance.
