Partner at Kromann Reumert in Denmark, Peter Schiøler Skaaring specialises in banking and finance law and advises both lenders and borrowers on matters from acquisition funding and general operating finance to restructurings. He was seconded to Shearman & Sterling in 2014–2015 where he gained specialist experience in bond issues, has a strong track record in unitranche and mezzanine financing, preference shares and venture capital funding, and became a partner in 2022.
