Partner at Liedekerke and head of the Real Estate Practice, with extensive experience handling large and complex real estate transactions including asset and share deals, sale & leaseback, leasing arrangements and construction law. He advises international and Belgian investors, developers, corporate users, retailers and hotel operators and teaches real estate law at the Université de Louvain (Saint‑Louis).
