Partner at Liedekerke in Belgium who advises national and international clients on multi-jurisdictional, cross-border M&A (including private equity) and corporate restructuring, with a focus on the energy and mining sectors and investments in sub-Saharan Africa (particularly the DRC). He has acted as Managing Director of Liedekerke DRC SASU since its opening in 2015 and was based in Kinshasa from 2014 to 2019; he also lectures on the DRC mining sector and holds degrees from the University of Louvain (UCL) and Kings College London.
