François Tulkens

Partner at Liedekerke with more than 35 years' experience focusing on public and administrative law in Belgium; he frequently appears before the Constitutional Court and the Council of State. His main areas of competence include constitutional law (division of powers and public freedoms), administrative law, urban planning and environmental law, energy law and media law; he also teaches public law at Université Saint‑Louis Bruxelles and is editor‑in‑chief of Journal des Tribunaux.
