Partner at Advokatfirman Lindahl KB in Sweden and a member of the firm's M&A practice. He has represented international private equity sponsors and corporate investors on large-scale cross-border and domestic transactions covering acquisitions and divestitures (including buy-outs and exits), joint ventures, restructurings and equity financings; he joined Lindahl in 2023 after roles at Roschier, Bird & Bird and Linklaters and has judicial experience at Svea Court of Appeal and Södertörn District Court.
