Veronique Hoffeld is the Dispute resolution expertise group leader in Loyens & Loeff's Luxembourg office and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. She focuses on commercial law — including litigation, arbitration, real estate and intellectual property — advises on complex, high-value multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration (particularly commercial, financial and corporate disputes), and has acted for high-profile clients such as Mondo Bongo (Brad Pitt) in the Château Miraval shareholders' dispute, directors of a Swiss bank in the Greensill matter, and former LUXALPHA/LIF fund directors in the Madoff case; she is ranked Band 1 in Chambers and a Leading Individual in Legal 500.
