Senior associate in the Banking & Finance Practice Group at Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg advising banks, asset managers, fintechs, payment institutions, insurance companies and other financial institutions on regulatory matters. He specialises in financial services regulation and prudential supervision (licensing, payments legislation, AML and M&A) and before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2019 worked as in-house counsel at a global financial institution and previously in private practice advising on lending transactions.
