Kim Koops is an attorney-at-law at Loyens & Loeff who heads the firm's Banking & Finance expertise group. He specialises in secured lending (with a focus on real estate finance), structured finance (including securitisations and loan portfolio deals) and financial restructuring, acts for investors and lenders, lectures regularly, worked in the firm's New York office from 2013 to 2015, and joined the firm in 2010 after graduating cum laude from the University of Amsterdam.
