Kim Lucassen is an attorney at law and partner at Loyens & Loeff who leads the Data Protection & Privacy Team and co-chairs the multidisciplinary (law & tax) Life Sciences & Healthcare Team and the Digital Economy Team. She advises clients across sectors on GDPR, NIS2, data protection and cybersecurity strategies, with particular experience advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and research institutions, and is a lecturer at Grotius Academy and a member of IAPP and VPR-a.
