Marleen Velthuis is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group in Loyens & Loeff’s Amsterdam office who focuses on corporate criminal law, environmental criminal law and compliance. She leads the firmwide Regulatory & Criminal Enforcement team and the Compliance & Corporate Crime team in the Netherlands and advises companies and employees on administrative enforcement actions and criminal investigations, including AML and sanctions matters, cross-border corruption, tax and other white-collar crime.
