Partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co in Bulgaria focusing on real estate, construction and litigation, providing advice across the full investment lifecycle including due diligence, acquisition, construction, leasing, sale, condominium relationships and disputes. She has acted for MegaStocken AB in approximately 40 property-related lawsuits and advised the European retail chain Pepco on its entry and expansion in Bulgaria (about 60 lease agreements across 30 cities), and is one of the authors of the first Bulgarian Construction Law Handbook.
