Desislava Krusteva-Doncheva is a Partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co and head of the firm's Technology & Data practice group, advising global clients in energy, telecoms, pharmaceuticals and other sectors on technology, data protection and e‑commerce matters. She is CIPP/E and CIPM certified and has worked on EU ICT projects, AI legal opinions, e-governance, e-payments and cross-border technology projects, and has advised state and European authorities.
