Partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co based in Bulgaria who leads the Energy and Dispute Resolution practices and also practises in banking law. He represents market players in complex commercial disputes, acted for an electricity distribution operator before the Court of Justice of the European Union on interpretation of Directive 2009/72, and provided full legal support to Tradenet Varna on developing a country-wide petrol station retail chain.
