Frederik B. Hasling is a Partner (equity) at Mazanti-Andersen specialising in venture capital and private equity; he has led numerous financing rounds with an aggregate value in the billions and advises on pre-seed to late-stage venture and growth equity financings, fund formation and operation, corporate governance and strategic decision-making. He acts for international and domestic clients including venture funds, business angels and start-ups—with a focus on technology and biotech—and is a member of the Regulatory Committee at Active Owners (the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association).
