Partner (equity) at Mazanti-Andersen advising on commercial and company law, M&A, litigation, intellectual property, employment and real estate with a focus on tenancy, procurement and regulatory permits. She has advised leading international trademark, retail and production companies (including Georg Jensen A/S and Royal Copenhagen A/S) on group structures, logistics, production and marketing with emphasis on IP protection, has advised on telecommunications infrastructure projects, and serves on several company boards including as Chairman of Sun Chemical A/S.
