Henrik B. Sanders is an equity partner at Mazanti-Andersen in Denmark who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, general business law and insolvency-related matters. He has significant insolvency experience, has been listed in Chambers Global since 2013 for insolvency law, has served as a permanent trustee at the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen since 2008, and is chairman of the board of Mazanti-Andersen while also serving as chairman or member of the boards of several Danish and international companies.
