Partner (equity) with more than 30 years' experience in company law, M&A, contracts, procurement, competition and tort law. Advises on civil litigation and arbitration with extensive experience before Danish courts including the Supreme Court and Greenland High Court, arbitral institutions such as the ICC and the Danish Arbitration Institute, and various administrative tribunals; serves as a board member of multiple organisations and as a permanent arbitrator at IMAC (Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce).
