Partner (equity) at Mazanti‑Andersen in Denmark, Sune Westrup advises Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and capital markets matters, technology-related transactions and legal disputes. He has taught M&A, company and tech law (Danish Bar and Law Society, Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen), serves on several boards (including as chairman of the board of the first judicial district) and holds an MJUR from Oxford University; he has also worked as an attorney in London.
